I would like you to be the main speaker at this month’s meeting.
The topic of the talk will be how can we make our stores better?
I would ask that you think of five things to improve our stores (appearance, customer service, promotions etc.)
This will hopefully lead to an open discussion by the other managers.
I look forward to your presentation and hope that it inspires the other managers to go the extra mile in improving our stores.
Please call if you have any questions or concerns about the upcoming meeting.
I would also ask you to supply me with a copy of your talk so I may review it prior to the presentation.
I would like to have it by next Friday if that is convenient for you.
